Meeting and excercise rooms are provided at cellar level.  All gotel guest rooms are 2 person occupancy with private bathrooms. Building is of fireprotected concrete and metal stud construction and is equipped with sprinkler, fire alarm, and smoke purge systems. Exterior finish is comprised of 2 story granite base and EIFS.
