A 21-story 54,000 square foot hotel with 158 guest rooms, 8 handicapped accessible guest rooms and 2 suites incorporating a bedroom, living room and terrace, located in the heart of New York’s Chelsea neighborhood. Most guest rooms are 2 person occupancy with private bathroom. Also included are a lobby, restaurant, exercise rooms, board rooms and office space. The building, which is set back from the sidewalk is constructed of concrete. The exterior material is EIFS in 2 colors with granite sidewalls. The curved projection on the 16th through 18th floors relates to the vestibule as well as to the water tower enclosure. The building is currently under construction.
