Park Slope, NY

The adaptive reuse of the historic multi-building clockworks in the heart of the Park Slope brownstone neighborhood resulted in the conversion of three factory buildings to seven two-family townhouses and 34 condominium apartments eight-story building, includes a new two-story addition. A wing of the three story buildings was demolished, providing the floor area transfer for the penthouse floors and creating outdoor recreation space and gardens. The 75,000 square feet building and expansive gardens on a site spanning between two city streets transformed a derelict industrial plant into the high point of the neighborhood.
