This new 350,000 square foot residential complex comprises six multifamily residential buildings of nine stories each, with a total of 180 condominium three and four bedroom apartments. The staggered balconies, each “open to the sky” in response to religious observation rituals of the community, animate the urban blocks, which in turn define the edges of two mini-parks. The buildings are positioned precisely to frame an iconic view from the site on the Williamsburg waterfront to the Manhattan skyline directly across the river.
