Hilton Garden Inn
Tribeca, NY This new 150 room hotel is sited in a prominent location facing three streets. A detailed brick facade relates to the venerable older buildings nearby. The U-shaped upper floors wrap a private court. A single penthouse owner’s apartment with expansive terraces perches on the roof. The twenty-foot high ground floor houses an exclusive French restaurant designed and developed as part of the project. An indented curved corner detail negotiates the irregular angled intersection as the building simultaneously becomes the last building of chic West Broadway and the first building of the Avenue of the Americas.
