NYC’s First Marriott TownePlace Suites, Designed by Gene Kaufman Architect, Breaks Ground in Times Square

The first New York City TownePlace Suites by Marriott®, designed by Gene Kaufman Architect (GKA) forthe McSam Hotel Group, breaks ground in August at 324 West 44th Street, between Eighth and Ninth Avenues. Marriott chose 2015, the strongest period in history for new-hotel development; Times Square, the strongest hospitality arena in the country; and Gene Kaufman, the most prolific hotel architect in New York City and, possibly, the entire U.S., for the New York City debut of its TownePlace Suites brand. – See more at: [CityBizList] or
