This Four Points by Sheraton, a 21-story 54,000 square foot hotel with 158 guestrooms and two penthouse suites, is located in the heart of New York’s Chelsea neighborhood.
The hotel includes a restaurant, exercise rooms, board rooms, office space and a landscaped public plaza.
The building is constructed of cast in place concrete. The top of the building projects forward from the front facade 150 feet above street level, forming premium city-view rooms that command high prices and are featured in Starwood’s national promotional campaign.
