This hotel presented the challenge of building on a lot only 25 feet wide thereby requiring a tall slender tower. There are 4 keys per floor, a cellar-level breakfast room and outdoor patio, and 10th floor terraces for select suites. The 23rd floor penthouse occupies the entire width of the building.
